Description about the Exam:

• Border Security Force (BSF), under the Ministry of Home Affairs is one of India’s four border patrol forces and one of seven Central Police Forces. Directorate General Border Security Force has invited online applications fromeligible male and female citizens for the post of Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse). The online application started on 27 June, 2021. The last date for application is 26 July, 2021. This vacancy is a Non Gazetted Group ‘B’ post. The total number of vacancy for this post is 37. The Grade pay for this post is Rs 34,500 – 1,12,400/-.The application fee is Rs 200/-. Exemption of fees is permitted for women candidates and candidates belonging to   SC, ST, BSF Serving personnel and ex-servicemen.

Required Qualification:

• 10+2 or equivalent
• Degree or Diploma in General Nursing Programme
• Registration as General Nurse or Midwife with Central or State Nursing Council
• Candidates having experience in the field of Tuberculosis, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry or as Sister Tutor will be given preference.

Age Limit:

• The age limit for candidates is between 21 and 30 years. The upper age limit is relaxable, as per Govt. rules.
