If you have initially ordered for the products, but after some time, you found out that you mistakenly placed an order, it can also be cancelled afterwards. It can only be done before the order is shipped. Once an order is dispatched from our end, it is not possible to cancel the order at this stage.
Routemybook also holds the right to cancel orders pertaining to special circumstances, even if the order was placed and confirmed initially. There can be multiple reasons due to which we might have to initiate a cancellation.
When you place a return request for an order or a part of order, seller will authorise your return request if the selected reason for the return request is valid.
Routemybook sellers doesn’t have the facility for the return pickup. You have to send the book back to the seller’s address once your return request is authorised.
If the reason for the return is because of the fault of the seller, seller will refund the return shipping charges along with the amount paid for the order [product cost + shipping charges]. In all other cases, only the product cost will the refunded.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
Refunds for all eligible routemybook orders are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The time frame for different payment modes will take a maximum time of 5-7 business days to credit the refund.
